林珊珊，女，香港中文大學管理學博士，太阳成集团tyc234cc講師、碩士生導師，現任太阳成集团tyc234cc工商管理系副系主任，主要研究方向包括戰略管理、公司治理和跨國并購。近年來在《經濟研究》、《管理評論》、Strategic Management Journal（《戰略管理雜志》）、Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice（《創業理論與實踐》）等國内外重要學術期刊發表多篇論文，主持國家自然科學基金青年項目1項、國家自然科學基金重點國際合作項目子課題負責人、參與國家級和省部級課題多項。擔任Asian Review of Accounting（《亞洲會計評論》）和《北京工商大學學報（社會科學版）》等期刊審稿人。是廣東省科技廳、廣東省社會科學院項目評審專家。
